I believe that patient care is based upon an honest relationship focused on communication respect and empathy. The depth of training I received was second to none and allowed for optimal care across all tumor types as I participated in clinical research trials while in fellowship focusing on breast and gastrointestinal malignancies.

My own personal life has been touched by cancer and these experiences have provided a perspective which has been invaluable to providing support to not only the patient but also their family and friends. I understand the diagnosis of cancer can be one of life's greatest challenges even though advances are made each and every day which allow us to personalize treatments to patients with a focus on the cure maintenance of quality of life and increasing duration of life. It is exciting to return to my home community and I am looking forward to providing a multi-specialty approach to treating cancer.
